We built a narrative around the design that combined clean yet contrasting materials, hand crafted Italian furniture as well as hand made brass lighting – the collection of an owner with good taste whose home tells the story of their life. A two-storey penthouse with views overlooking the Užupis and city skyline. We have created public areas that feel special, providing a generous but intimate backdrop for parties and dinners. By contrast the more private areas are like a retreat for the family. Our goal with the staircase was to create a sense of airy fluidity as a counter point to contrasting dinner area, that is more intimate and dark. The master bathroom opens up to a private terrace for morning coffee and bohemian neighbourhood of Vilnius.

A family house in seaside of Lithuania with a modern and minimalist look makes the B&B Italia and Minotti furnishings stand out and interact harmoniously with the outdoor. Game of contrasting two tone wood, complimented by copper elements. Brave lighting decisions combine elegance and courageous attitude.

While the project is located near the Baltic Sea, the main goal was to blend the surrounding nature with the interior. Therefore, many natural surfaces were used to accomplish this.

There is something very luxurious about the grand combination of misty veined WHITE MARBLE and MILD WOOD GRAIN. The grey patterning in the marble works in perfect harmony with the blonde tone of the wood and CREATES CONTINUITY throughout the home. BRASS DETAILS compliments the mood of the apartment and finishes the look.

The main feature of this apartment style is the unfinished look that focuses on combining bare and rough surfaces with a clean and flat finish.

DARK CONCRETE walls often look rough, but we didn’t hurry to polish and seal them just yet. This brutal aesthetic played well with BRONZE fillings and CONTRASTING TONES, softened by a light textured sofa, creating CALM and yet INTIMATE ATMOSPHERE.

Color. And Lot’s of It.

Love it or hate it, the 70s was a colorful time, when designers reveled in form, function, and funkiness. Playful embellishment and radical experimentation with form. Self-expression and individuality were hallmarks of the time. We have transformed space into a colorful, luminous and very warm family restaurant that embraces the best of American and Italian retro feel. Rounded edges, signature veneer chairs, complimeted by iconic Verner Panton modernist lamps.

The main idea of the interior was to create a bold and SEDUCTIVE AND ARTISTIC SPACE using PARISIAN ELEMENTS and accents from the New York SOHO.

The storyline of interior was about an extravagant and brave FRENCHWOMAN and her FEMINIST AURA. Thus, the bold story required not only the exquisite layout of the central bar, but also the bold, bright and  sweet interior design. The colours of the velvet chosen for the furniture are bold but playful: blue, pink, purple predominates ,but the texture is gentle. Glossy surfaces, various shapes of mirrors and hanging plants have been used to ENHANCE PLAYFULNESS – reminding of the flowering gardens in Paris.

Anna Mesha Hotel

May 2018

1896 Abandoned hotel was reborn in a new daring way, with a new use -night club. Design was driven by existing architecture, distinctive architectural elements in order to revive luxury, yet eclectic feel with Hotel theme.

The main task was to preserve the architectural interior structure and cultural heritage objects and to give the spaces a different format by using new forms.

High ceilings were maintained to avoid losing the grandeur of the spaces. Old fragments of doors and stairs have also been preserved, but properly “dragged” into the desired aesthetic.

Modern and industrial elements like glass arches and rough old brick walls were revealed and everything was painted with the help of metal structures. Arches and checkered flooring as well as accessories and furniture from local antique shops brought this WOW effect.

Making sterile office bistro, more dynamic, airy, fresh yet cosy.

This is the space where Scandinavian aesthetics meet through an emphasis on natural materials and an overall sense of contemporary feel. The main intent was to soften up the space with rich natural textures complimented by earthy colour pallet in tiles. The play of light and plants gives the sense of freshness.

American Kitchen

Proposal

This concept was made to reveal the American spirit in modern way. The interior is dark and seductive, so many glossy finishes are used, several types of metal are mixed and natural finishes are used.  An important task was to create a “controlled” American chaos and create a delicate restaurant interior. While the space is rich with playful textures of furniture and butter, the main idea of the interior came from the “Air Stream”, as the interior is full of curved and round metal hand-crafted construction that impresses by playing with light.
