The Proposal
We’ll send you a proposal outlining your project scope and detailing our design fees. If it’s good to go, give us the green light and we’ll start building your vision.

The Design
This is where inspiration turns tangible. We get familiar with your likes and dislikes. We learn your preferences and your lifestyle. Drawing from your story, we create a complete design concept and source the proposed vision: flooring, countertops, tile, furnishings, lighting and plumbing fixtures, fabrics, finishes.

The Presentation
Storyboarding time! We present the big vision for your new space. You decide what you like and we begin the next step. During this phase, your project will come to life in 3D – a perk you enjoy by working with us.

The Execution
Hopefully not ours. With final design approved, we work closely with our manufacturing and distributing contacts to select appropriate furniture that meets your budget, timeline, and functional requirements, while obtaining quotes to initiate orders.
In the Furniture stage you may receive:
- internal research of available furniture options;
- internal review of available options;
- basic 3D images of the design concept;
- selection of finishes for chosen furniture;
- one or two meetings to review and make changes to the proposed options; and
- quotes to initiate orders for furniture.

The Execution

The installation & final review
We coordinate a day, maybe a few, when you are away from home and we sneak in to place the furnishings, install the drapery, hang the art, tweak the accessories and take a dip in your pool (I’m kidding.. Sort of).
